D&RGRR (Denver & Rio Grande Railroad) fancy back switch lock.  A great piece of 1890’s Colorado railroad history with a beautiful dark patina.  The lock mechanism works perfectly with a D&RGRR switch key.  Full spring tension in the dust cover.  Manufactured by Slaymaker and hallmarked as such.

D&RG (Denver & Rio Grande Railroad) pancake lock manufactured by Miller.  The shackle is not frozen and appears to be in working order, we do not have the correct key to test it.  A nice pre-1900 D&RG lock rich in Colorado railroad history.  Beautiful patina!

Santa Fe “General” lock.  Manufactured by Keen Kutter and hallmarked “E.C. Simmons”.  The shackle is not frozen and appears to be in working order.  We do not have a key to test if the lock functions properly.

D&RGRR (Denver & Rio Grande Railroad) switch lock.  Manufactured by Dayton.  Hallmarked Dayton on the dust cover.  The dust cover is fully sprung.  The shackle is not frozen but a key will not insert completely into the key hole.  It appears to be obstructed by something inside of the lock.  Still a very desirable lock from the 1880’s that would be worth restoring to operating condition.
